Provides project personnel with necessary quality training, responds to technical queries raised by Contractor or site personnel, carrying out of Kick off meetings with contractor. Weekly & Monthly Quality Reports preparation and submission to QA/QC Manager. • Set-up plans, organized scheduled for inspections with Contractors and Company Inspector implementing Quality Procedure conform to ROK Standards, SNIP, Safety and Project Specifications. • Initiates and promotes all necessary corrective action for any failure identified with project quality system as per ITP, QCP. • Implementation of Quality Control Procedure (QCP) and Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) during Inspection, sigh QVD Act, Protocol and Check List. • Follow up and resolution of non-conformance reports, Participates in the development of Pre- Commissioning & Commissioning Procedures and implementation ,Participates in development, Review and Approval of “As-Built” drawings and Project Dossiers. • Participates in raising of Defects or Punch list items. Prepares and manages system Punch lists, monitors defect rectification, liaises with Commissioning Team to achieve safe and timely start up of facilities. • Preparation and administration of the project QA/QC plans, Compliance verification with relevant codes and standards. • Preparations of Notification for Inspection (NFI) schedule having official attachments forwarded to clients for review and final inspections.

Ensuring the Construction Contractor & Subcontractors Personnel complied with the Project Quality Program. Attend meetings with client and Project Inspection. • Weekly & Monthly Quality Reports preparation and submission to QA/QC Manager. • Ensure subcontractors QC personnel comply with the requirements of client Specifications, relevant Project Standards and Project Quality Program. Ensuring all quality records has been completed. Ensuring Project Quality objectives have been met. • Conducting audit of all the departments as per IMS procedure. Prepare hand-over documentation for client. Supply look-ahead activities schedule for Project Inspection.

Performance of commission works and tests of all types of equipment and well-timed into operation. • Analysis of parameters measuring, carrying out necessary calculations, identify causes of equipment’s system defects, issue of the conclusions and their exploitation availability. • Execution of works for measuring methods, method development of their performance. • QVD works, correction of commission methods, in order to reach necessary parameters and characteristics of equipments operation • Preparation of programs and diagrams of pre-commission works and test, agreement with the customer • Introduction of installation technical documentation, commission and equipments test. • State standards usage, plant customer standards and other normative documents, which regulates measuring accuracy.
